My 76 2-27 is in pretty good shape and I am selling her this spring (2025). I had a new 150% genoa made a year ago and a new main made just last year. I've owned since 2017 and fresh water is all she's seen since then. I have restored the interior paneling, given her new cushions, have had custom spreaders made, have upgraded the standing rigging and due to a marina-caused accident, have had a brand new Ruddercraft rudder made for her.
