I consider myself very lucky to have found a 1986 Cal 33-2 #62 this summer in great condition. I was looking for something race-able and cruise-able, and this seems to fit perfectly. By the looks of it, it seems to have spent more than its fair share of time at the dock, but I'm hoping to put some more wear and tear on it. I upgraded from a Pearson 28 which was fast for its size and vintage, with a generous PHRF rating, but was sorely lacking in creature comforts. Happy sailing!
